Salamander Consulting was founded in 2006 by Will Landon.
 
Upon his retirement he became an author and a speaker and has over 35 years automotive experience built with manufacturers, dealers and automotive finance providers, as a manager, a dealer principal, a trainer and as a management consultant.
 
This experience, coupled with hundreds of dealer visits across a diverse range of car, LCV and truck brands, helps him adopt a pragmatic approach to business and people development.
 
Prior to joining the automotive industry he worked with Unilever and then a British Airways subsidiary in the fields of accounting and contract management. This work took him to Africa and the Middle East, including an expatriate tour of duty, where he was seconded to an overseas government department managing their purchasing and contract support teams.
 
He is passionate about using technology and innovation in blended business solutions, some of which are available to members of this web site.
